Day 1  Arrive Hanoi

Welcome at the airport by your local guide and transfer the hotel. After check-in, free to explore the village.

 

Day 2  Hanoi city tour (B)

Full-day tour of Vietnam’s capital city, including Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum and traditional stilt house, the Ho Chi Minh Museum, and the revered One-Pillar Pagoda. Pay visits to typical Vietnamese places of worship, Quan Thanh Temple and Tran Quoc Pagoda, along the shore of West Lake. Just before lunch, tour Vietnam’s first university, the thousand-year-old Temple of Literature. In the afternoon visit to the Ethnology Museum, and end the day at the beautiful Ngoc Son Temple on an island in the middle of Hoan Kiem Lake. Then enjoy the water puppet show.

Day 3  Hanoi - Cooking class (B,L)
After breakfast, transfer to the market with our Chef:
08:00AM - 09:00AM: at the market.
09:00AM - 12:00AM: Cooking class at local restaurant in Hanoi.
12:00AM - 01:00PM: Lunch with dishes that you have learned.     
Afternoon, bus picks up you to visit Bat Trang Traditional Ceramic Village, But Thap Pagoda – one of the most beautiful pagodas in the North Vietnam. Dinner at a restaurant, overnight at the the hotel.

Day 4  Hanoi - Ha Long - Cooking class (B,L,D)

Early pick up from your hotel in Hanoi and drive to Halong

12h00: Arrival dock, get on the junk, check in, welcome wine

13h00: Lunch

13h30: Visiting Ha Long bay, Sung Sot Cave, round over Tuan Chau Island, Dog Island, Dinh Huong, Ga Choi (fighting cock mountain), Turtle Island, Titov beach.

16h: Cooking class on board.

Enjoying sunset, having dinner, fishing - drinking and overnight on the junk.

 

Day 5  Halong Bay – Hanoi (B,L)

7h00: Breakfast

7h30: Visiting man's head island, Tortoise Island, Luon cave, Bai Tu Long bay, Bai Tho Mountain and Ha Long market

11h00: Lunch

12h00: Return to wharf.

12:15: Pick up and transfer back to Hanoi. Arrives in Hanoi at around 16:00

Overnight at hotel.

 

Day 6  Hanoi - Hue (B)

Transfer to the airport for the flight from Hanoi to Hue. Welcome at the airport and transfer to the hotel. After lunch at local restaurant, you visit the town of Hue, the Imperial Citadel, An Hien garden house to enjoy the traditional architecture and quiet garden paths. Dinner at restaurant and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 7  Hue - Cooking class (B,L)
08:00AM - 09:00AM: Dong Ba Market.
09:00AM - 12:00AM: Cooking class at local restaurant in Hue.
12:00AM - 01:00PM: Lunch with dishes you have learned.
Hue people and their skills to decorate dishes that every dish is an art work.
In the afternoon, pay a visit to the tomb of Nguyen Dynasty Emperor Tu Duc and Thien Mu Pagoda on the banks of the river. Dinner at a city restaurant and overnight at the hotel in Hue.

Day 8  Hue - Da Nang – Hoi An (B)

After breakfast, transfer to Hoi An via the scenic Hai Van Pass, with a stop to view the spectacular panorama of the central coastline, and the Cham Museum, where many sculptures from the ancient Champa Kingdom are displayed. Continue to Hoi An town, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site because of its unusually well-preserved ancient streets and homes. Transfer and check in to your hotel in late afternoon. After lunch, explore the old port town’s narrow cobblestone streets and pay a visit to historic sites including a traditional Chinese trading house, Phuc Kien Pagoda, and the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge. Dinner in a local restaurant and overnight at the hotel in Hoi An.

Day 9  Hoi An - Cooking class (B,L)
08:00AM - 09:00AM: Hoi An Local Market.
09:00AM - 12:00AM: Cooking class at local restaurant in Hoian.
12:00AM - 01:00PM: Lunch with dishes you have learned.
Afternoon, a boat trip on Thu Bon River to the hotel where you can relax on white sandy beach. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10 Hoi An - Da Nang - Sai Gon (B)

Transfer to the airport for the flight from Da Nang to Saigon. After pick-up and check-in at the hotel, set out on a city tour of the former capital of French Indochina, once known as Saigon. Historic landmarks include the Old Saigon Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, the former Presidential Palace, the War Museum and the ethnic Chinese district of Cholon. Dinner at a city restaurant and overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 11 Sai Gon – My Tho – Cai Be – Ba kiet Home Stay (B/L/D)

Our guide and driver will pick group up at your hotel in early morning. Stop over on the way to visit Cao Dai Temple at Ben Luc town. Upon arrival at My Tho, embark a private boat to cruise along small creek to Mekong river estuary, arrival at Thoi Son island to visit Orchards, bee – keeping farm, taste natural honey and honey wine, enjoin tropical fruit, traditional music, see around a distillery, explore coconut candy production process, taste candy & coconut pulp. Continue cruising along to small natural creeks and quite village in Ben Tre province. Visiting mangrove swamp

 

Lunch at local restaurant before transferring to visit prawn or shrimp farm, then back to My Tho then continue driving to Caibe. We get on boat again to have a boat trip (20 minutes) to Ba Kiet old house (since 1883). Take a rest before enjoining the farmer activities like: drop a net then group join in cooking class for dinner and dinner with the local family: Dinner with fresh meals such as: Banh Xeo, Spring roll…

 

Day 12 Caibe – Vinh Long - Can Tho boat trip (B,L)

Having breakfast at local house then transfer back Cai Be pier by boat where the car is waiting for you to pick  you up and driver ahead to Can Tho. You will have boat trip to visit the Phong Dien floating market with the busy sence right at the time. Keep cruising through the small channels system; visit the rice noodles making vermicelli. Experience the "monkey Bridge" in the Delta. Visit the second floating market of Cai Rang. Break time for lunch.

In the afternoon, you will have time to explore city & overnight in hotel.

Day 13 Can Tho - Cooking class - Sai Gon (B,L) 
Early breakfast.
08:00AM - 09:00AM: Can Tho Local Market.
09:00AM - 12:00AM: Cooking class at Nam Bo restaurant.
12:00AM - 01:00PM: Lunch with dishes you have learned.  After lunch, drive back to Saigon and arrive in the afternoon. Time for shopping or explore town on own. Farewell dinner and overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 14 Sai Gon - Departure
Free until transfer to the airport for flight home.

Day 1  Arrive Hanoi

Welcome at the airport by your local guide and transfer the hotel. After check-in, free to explore the village.

 

Day 2  Hanoi city tour (B)
